Location: [email protected] position from New Jersey. Must must live within 90 miles of the Iselin, NJ office. Requires availability Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Some evening work maybe required for special events. 

The Agency Service Representative III is responsible for providing advanced customer service support to brokers selling company products via telephone or written communication. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
- Assists agents and brokers via telephone or written communication. 
- Works on special projects for brokers, and creates new reports to meet their needs. 
- Assists mangers with broker and client meetings. 
- Responds to inquiries involving commissions, legislation, product information and policies and procedures. 
- Will be expected to average a certain number of phone calls per representative per week, average pieces of correspondence to be processed per day. Coordinates mailings and fulfillment requests. 
- May assist in broker road shows. 
- Provides reports to brokers. 
- Performs simple Enrollment and Billing maintenance transactions. 


- Requires a High School diploma; 
- 5 years of related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
- Previous health insurance industry experience preferred. 
- Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred. 
- Health and Life Sales license must be obtain within 90 days of date of hire. 

Preferred Qualifications 
- Previous health insurance industry experience preferred. 
- Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred. 
- Advanced customer service, sales support and sales knowledge preferred. 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred. 
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills preferred. 
- Strong collaboration skills preferred. 
- Strong computer skills. 
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.
