The Business Change Director is responsible for leading the Anthem Payment Integrity (PI) effort to identify and capture incremental PI value in the BlueCard space, whether Anthem is Host, Home, or both.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
•With a consulting mind-set and approach, determine areas of opportunity to capture incremental PI value where Anthem is Home, Host, or both
•Structure analyses to quantify the value of these opportunities, to include cost benefit analyses
•Collaborate with stakeholders in Anthem PI and InterPlan to identify and to build support for opportunities
•Structure and socialize implementation plans to capture opportunities
•Support implementations, to include change management
•Contribute to problem solving with Anthem and BCBSA partners on how to increase “PI parity” across the Blues


•Strong analytic and problem solving skills required.Demonstrated ability to influence others across matrixed organizations is required.
•Excellent communication skills required.
•Expert knowledge of either Payment Integrity or BlueCard required; working knowledge of the other is required.
•10 years of consulting, operational leadership, or managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background required 
•BA/BS degree in a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
