The Executive Recruiter will lead the executive recruiting process for the hiring of critical Staff VP and some executive roles across the enterprise while ensuring a best in class experience for hiring leaders, stakeholders and executive level candidates.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for end-to-end hiring process for people leader roles within the organization, while ensuring superior candidate experience.
Define the process, strategy, timing and execution of critical leadership hiring across the enterprise.
Advising and consulting the business on the right fit, oversees the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best leaders to meet business needs.
Functions as a talent champion that can actively stay connected with applicable networks, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically market the role and the organizations brand to candidate.
Partner with executives to develop search profiles, curate interview committees and define sourcing and assessment strategies to ensure the hiring of top talent.
Identify, attract and present top candidate slates for consideration on active leadership roles.
Direct coordinator in supporting seamless candidate process.
Prepare, deliver and negotiate offers with key partners to ensure successful hires and compliance with guidelines and best practices.
Effectively utilize available technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, and productive.
BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field; 8 plus years of talent acquisition experience, with at least five (3) years leading executive search engagements; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background required.
Experience with mix of retained and/or corporate executive recruiting.
Experience recruiting in a large, complex organization.
Experience creating and execution of talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement strategic sourcing, diversity initiatives, etc. required.
Professional HR / TA Certification(s) preferred.
