Direct Sales Agent Lead 

Work location: Jersey City, NJ, Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL

 

Responsible for coaching and leading sales agents to accomplish inside sales objectives. 

Primary duties may include but are not limited to: 

  • Coaches and monitors sales representatives to meet performance standards.
  • Provides feedback to sales representatives and managers. 
  • Preparation and sign off of on daily call lists.
  • Implements daily outbound schedules and maintains adequate telephone coverage in order to meet abandonment rates. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for all patient support matters (inbound and outbound).
  • Assist in the Management of work flow processes. 
  • Maximizes personal sales production goals and team call metrics.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS; 2 years of telephone sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
