Successful intern candidates are:

  • Pursuing a BA/BS at an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management or Healthcare Administration
  • A rising Junior or Senior
  • Intellectually curious self-starters with the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible team environment
  • Active in case study competitions or consulting clubs
  • Experienced leaders in student or volunteer organizations

Desired skills include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Superb problem solving skills using logic and data
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, filtering, creating pivot tables, using VLookups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint creating visually impactful presentations with charts, images, and formatting
  • Process improvement, including data analysis, application of process centric methodologies/tools
  • Project management, including time management, template development, action item monitoring/reporting
