Summary: Responsible for the clinical vision and implementation of new behavioral health direct care programs and services. Works in partnership with the Product and Strategy team to execute on the company’s behavioral health clinical vision. Sets the stage for clinical design and implementation of a product strategy through innovative programs, such as peer support services, intellectual & developmental disabilities (IDD), and substance use disorder (SUD). Ensures that operational needs are met and ensures compliance with state/federal health plan requirements, Medicare guidelines and health plan requirements
