Business Analyst II – NC Medicaid Provider Solutions

 

Location: This position is a work at home opportunity. The applicant should reside in NC and/or have ability to attend required meetings in office.

The office location is 11000 Weston Parkway, Suite 200, Cary NC 27513

Translates basic business needs into application software requirements. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
  • Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
  • Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.
  • Support required data flows to/from Advanced Medical Home (AMH) Tier III’s.

Perform deep dive analytics and ensure accuracy of metrics.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BS/BA degree, 3-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience using MS Office products.
  • Experience with Tableau, SAS, and SQL.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and building reports experience required.
  • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Other Public Health.
