Staff VP Product Strategy & Business Insights Leader
Responsible for leading the Beacon enterprise-wide strategic planning, product management and new product development functions. Reports to and collaborates with the Beacon CEO, market presidents, clinical leadership, operations leadership, and shared service function leaders to drive a unified vision, strategy and product roadmap for Beacon’s behavioral health business with a goal of achieving significant profitable growth.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

Requires a BA/BS; 10+ years of experience in product strategy methodology, design and use of market research to inform strategy, or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background. Fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership/executive level strategic planning, product management experience in the behavioral health/health insurance industry. Advanced degree MBA, MPH preferred.
