CareMore Operations Lead
Cerritos, CA/ Nashville TN/ Phoenix AZ

The CareMore Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the member services representatives in daily operations and meeting service level expectations. 
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
•    Defines and monitors performance and productivity standards in place to service provider network and its enrolled population. 
•    Ensures that all membership services representatives answer incoming phone calls within the goal marks set. 
•    Assists representatives with escalated member calls. 
•    Serves as a resource for the representatives. 
•    Assists in the development of department programs. 
•    Manages month-end process and reporting

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
 Requires a high school diploma or GED; 3+ years of experience in customer service, including 2 years of data entry or general office experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred Qualifications:
AA Degree preferred.
