Responsible for providing support to Client Management team and National Account Clients.  

Primary duties may include providing support for, but are not limited to: 

Open enrollment meeting coordination, delivery of ongoing reports and meeting preparation (analytic support), support of strategic planning and client specific projects.  Interfaces with various internal partners to ensure Anthem is meeting client expectations. Interprets and supports plan benefit design, reviews benefit booklets.  


Requires a BA/BS; 3 years of client-facing experience with account support to include health insurance; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project related experience
  • Broker/sales/consultant experience
  • Health Insurance industry experience
  • Account management experience
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Excel
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Must have strong problem solving skills.
  • Sales license may be required.
  • Travel required up to 25%.
