Corporate Development Manager - Investment Analytics

Anthem’s Corporate Development team is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join its team. This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for research, analysis, and execution of various strategic opportunities, primarily potential partnerships, minority investments and venture investments. Our ideal candidate has an extensive analytical background most notably with building financial models.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifies and evaluates strategic business opportunities. Prepares financial analyses including building financial models and guiding financial analysts in preparation of further detailed analysis.
  •  Coordinates with other business units in evaluation of opportunities and participation in due diligence of specific opportunities.  



Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as s subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making 
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel for building financial models.
