Financial Consultant   

Responsible for reviewing and preparing interpretation of historical financial results. Perform consulting services to support business operations. 

This role is to provide support in the development and implementation of business process automations (BPA) for Finance and Accounting. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Engaging with business stakeholder in ideation and solution design sessions.  Analyze business processes to identify BPA/RPA opportunities with cross-functional team members.  This includes actively participating in technical design and development meetings to map existing work processes, identify productivity opportunities, and create solution documentation. 
  • As application administrator, ensure that best practices are being followed at each stage of change management phases and controls are in place.  This include providing administrative support for the change management process of RPA robots migration and production monitoring. 
  • Additionally candidate is expected to upskill becoming SME in various financial, business intelligence and BPA software to assist colleague with complex issues and to build new solutions and analytic models.
  • Identify complex financial problems, research solutions and implement corrective steps to achieve higher level of efficiency.
  • Advise management of various financial models and provide recommendations.
  • Configure and maintain integrity of financial applications.
  • Prepare analytical reporting and application modeling that are used as a resource by staff or outside departments.
  • Train and review the work of lower level Financial Analysts or other departments.



Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 3 years experience in general accounting, finance, or budget and planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Undaunted, detail-oriented, self-motivating individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. 

Experience using UiPath Studio, Kyriba, DOMO, Tableau, Power Query, Power BI or past computer programming experience a plus.
