The Commercial & Specialty Business Division (CSBD) Ethics, Compliance and Privacy (ECP) Intern will be responsible for…

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage enterprise-wide and departmental CSBD ECP program initiatives to advance Anthem’s CSBD Compliance program. This includes:
    • Streamlining internal data structure and simplifying reporting processes
    • Identifying and leading the implementation of continuous improvement project
    • Mapping out existing process flows for process improvement
    • Modernizing CSBD Compliance program by applying appropriate technology solutions such as Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
    • Administering offsite storage. 
  • Develop and administer training to educate target audience on newly designed and improved processes
  • Interface with senior legal, compliance, technology, data, and financial executives as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees
  • This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week/or 20 hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
  • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
