Location: Remote, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm 

Responsible for analyzing, reporting and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics. 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for modeling prospective medical cost savings, reporting actual cost savings, and analyzing trends to find drivers of health care costs.
  • Presents and explains trends to medical director and local market leadership with commentary on shifts in both dollars and quantities.  
  • Writes SQL code to mine healthcare data from company warehouses and develops algorithm to produce financial model.  
  • Prepares summary findings and observations to give direction to local market.  


Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years data analysis or related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manipulate large sets of data is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL code, relational databases and knowledge of query tools is highly preferred.  
  • Prior experience with presentation of analyses preferred.
