LOCATION – REMOTE

Scrum Master
Scrum Manager will be required to work within the global matrixed organization.  Plans, coordinates, monitors, and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited: 
•    Plan's , coordinates, monitors, and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products.  
•    Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software.   
•    Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product. 
•    Guides the teams operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team. 
•    Facilitates internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management).  
•    Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.  
•    Keeps external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities. 
•    To ensure smooth delivery of team, tracks and removes and obstacles and barriers that may prevent progress. 
•    Responsible for the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development/delivery possible.  

Scrum Master Sr
Required to work within the global matrixed organization. The role requires exceptional versatility including project leadership, technology, and Agile planning and communication. 

Primary duties and responsibilities:
•    Responsible for the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development/delivery possible. 
•    Works with business partners to identify and implement multiple and complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes, medium to large systems and/or products. 
•    Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software. 
•    Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product. 
•    Guides the teams operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team. 
•    Facilitates internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management). 
•    Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.

•    Inspire others to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives
•    Highly encourage to be part of the Agile Champion team
•    Defines recommend and secure contractual agreements for technical services and products
•    Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
•    Mentoring fellow Scrum Masters and various team members in various roles (Product Owner, Developers, QA, Delivery Manager and etc)
•    Working with business partners to identify and implement multiple and complex technical systems and / or products of varying sizes
•    Manage medium to large systems and / or products
•    Assist Agile training sessions

 

Qualifications

Scrum Master 

Minimum Qualifications: 
•    Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study with IT focus degree and a minimum of 3 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Experience with CSM, CSPO or small sized Agile implementations (e.g. 1-5 teams) strongly preferred.

Scum Master Sr. 

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Requires BS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study with IT focus degree and a minimum of 5 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualification:
•    Experience with CSM, CSPO and medium sized Agile implementations (e.g. 5-7 or more teams) strongly preferred
•    Strong understanding and prior utilization of JIRA, Confluence and other Agile tools is highly preferred
