Director Marketing Advanced Analytics



Responsible for leading the Government Business Division (GBD) marketing analytics team and building advanced analytics tools enabling the marketing strategy to be more consumer and human-centric as well as personalized. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Employs advanced analytics to gain critical insights to improve strategic marketing to include consumer/member metrics, behaviors, drivers, and preferences; consumer/member health gaps and needs; marketing campaign effectiveness through attribution and valuation modeling; and product/program concepts and value propositions.
  • Engages and collaborates with marketing/business stakeholders to design and own end-to-end solutions that advance consumer-centricity in advanced analytics through identified population segments and the development of actionable plans to drive consumer/member outcomes and business growth.
  • Leads/creates the development and implementation of proprietary machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve business, consumer, and marketing problems and optimize member experiences.
  • Communicates analytical insights and findings to drive marketing growth.
  • Leverages expertise to serve as an advanced analytical thought partner in strategic long-term investments and roadmaps that drive the transformation to our consumer-centric mindset.
  • Consults with marketing partners on testing rigor, ensuring our learnings result in measurable, applicable insights.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.


Minimum Requirements:  Requires a BA/BS degree in business, economics, statistics, or related quantitative disciplines; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:  Minimum of 7 years’ experience in related advanced marketing analytics, consumer analytics, health care analytics, predictive analytics, advanced expertise with software such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS or equivalent preferred. MA/MS/MBA in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Econometrics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or related Quantitative disciplines preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $116,760  -  $145,949

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
