Job Title: Infrastructure Svcs Analyst II

Location: 90% Remote 10% Office : *Hybrid Schedule, potential to be in office 4-10 days a month*

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides second level trouble support; solves randomly occurring problems.
  • Performs implementation tasks for systems and networks; executes testing.
  • Performs system and network upgrade tasks utilizing change control.
  • Designs and configures vendor services orders for repetitive services and oversees implementation.
  • Compiles data in support of equipment and user relocations or system migrations.
  • Solves problems, performs analysis, researches, and tests functions for systems and networks.
  • Implements, monitors, and operates systems and networks.
  • Recommends and performs system and network upgrades.
  • Responds to Level 3 and 4 change and problem requests; participates in level 1 or 2 incident recoveries with minimal supervision.
  • Remains up-to-date on information regarding relevant platform technologies.


Qualifications - External:

  • Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 1 years experience in a support and operations and/or a design role of any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, hardware/software support or other infrastructure services role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Requires experience with PC and specific technical knowledge of assigned systems, hardware, software and tools.
  • Forecasts and budgets for production support growth and/or enhancements.
