Adoption and surrogacy assistance
We reimburse up to $10,000 ($5,000 if you are a part-time associate) per child for eligible adoption and surrogacy expenses.
Dependant care flexible spending account (DCFSA)
We offer 10% match on contributions to help pay for qualified child care and elder care expenses, while you and your spouse work, look for work, or go to school full time.
If you’re a parent welcoming a new child into your family, you receive six weeks off with 100% pay to bond with your new family member.
Parental transition week
After taking parental leave, we’ll help make your transition as smooth as possible. For your first week back, you’ll work half time — but earn full pay.
Critical caregiving leave
You can take paid time off to be there for your loved ones in their time of need or to care for a family member experiencing a major life event, such as a serious health condition.
If you’re a family caregiver, you may need practical and emotional support, but it’s often too hard to ask for it. That’s why we offer the ianacare app, which enables caregivers to find help for everyday needs.

We encourage you to take time off work — often paid — to do what you love, handle business, volunteer for your favorite nonprofit, care for others, or celebrate the holidays. For eligible associates, we also offer flexible work day and work hour schedules to help you strike a balance with your career and personal life.

Receive back-to-school assistance
If you would like to learn a new skill or earn another degree, we’ll provide you with $5,000 if you’re an eligible full-time associate ($2,500 if you’re an eligible part-time associate) per calendar year in tuition assistance.
Support when you need it
You and your household members have 24/7 support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with six free, confidential counseling sessions (per person, per condition) to support mental health. Counseling sessions, such as LiveHealth Online behavioral health, can provide tips and tools to help you find your balance.
